Volvo EC210B Excavator Bucket Cylinder Protecting Removal Guide

This instruction show you guide on how to remove bucket cylinder protecting guard for Volvo EC210B excavator.

Preparations:

Volvo PTT Diagnostic software free download

Volvo PROSIS 2019 EPC+Service Manual Free Download

Procedures:
Park the machine in in the service position A.

Install I-bolts and sling guard (1) securely with a hoist.

Remove screws (2) and cover (3).
Remove screws (6) and guard (5).

The parts are heavy. Take appropriate safety cautions when handling them.
NOTE!
Guard (5) weight: 113 kg (249 lbs)
Remove screws (6), collars (7) and links (8).

Remove screws (9) and plates (10)

Remove screws (11) and clamp (12).
