How to Install Bucket Cylinder Protecting for Volvo EC210B Excavator

This instruction show you guide on how to install bucket cylinder protecting guard for Volvo EC210B excavator.

Preparations:

Volvo PTT Diagnostic software free download

Volvo PROSIS 2019 EPC+Service Manual Free Download

 

Procedures:

Park the machine in in the service position A

Install clamp (1) and screws (2).(2).


NOTE!
Apply loctite on screws
Tightening torque: 111 ±11 Nm (82 ±8 lbf ft)
Install pll plates (3) and screws (4)

Install links (7), collarllars (6) and screws (5).5).

Install I-bolts and sling guard (8) securely with a hoist.

The parts are heavy. Take appropriate safety cautions when handling them.
Install cover (10), screws (11) and check for interference of guard by operating the bucket cylinder
